Sub-group: Dinobots Function: Jungle Warrior, Demolitions Quote: "Stomp your enemy, crush him under your feet."
Profile (from Hasbro's original tech specs): "Likes to make presence known -- a footstep can be heard and felt in a 3-mile radius. Gentle and shy, but terrifying and unstoppable in battle. Like other Dinobots, dislikes Optimus. Can exert 40,000 psi via feet -- enough to shatter a bridge. Immense strength and endurance. Adept at fighting in water, swamp, and jungle. Slow, not too clever -- often victim of the calamities he causes."
Sludge has to be, oddly enough, the most flexible Dinobot toy out of the original five molds. He has the most articulations, potability and play factor out of them all. Which is wierd when you take into acount his alt-mode, that of a brontosaurus (apparently correctly referred to as an apatosaurus nowadays.) The cartoon made Sludge out to be the most dim-witted out of all the Dinobots, following his intelligence score of three, but I'm more partial to the MTMTE entry's mentionning that he's just not that much into fighting and needs to be goaded into a fighting frenzy because he just likes to sit around and slack off some. Kinda like Rhinox in Beast Wars. Hey, maybe he's just really young and that just needs someone to teach him the basics of life, y'know?
: Sludge's wings where a pain to do, and I'm still not satisfied with them. Feels like there's just something odd about them. It's weird and freakish at the same time. Sludge only has one version, although I gave the more toy-like head to my fanfic G2 version which I'll post at a later date.
